To pre-register, use the “Registration” tab and fill in the form, including an abstract for the poster presentation and a few lines of text describing your motivation to attend the school. Pre-registrations close on December 1. As the number of places is limited, the organizing committee reserves the right, depending on the number of applications, to select participants based on how well their profiles fit the themes of the school. Selected participants will be notified during January and invited to confirm their place by paying the registration fee.
Registration fee: €550 per participant. No payment is required at this stage.
The fee covers accommodation in a shared room for the duration of the summer school, all meals from Monday morning to Friday morning (except the dinner on Wednesday evening), coffee breaks, and the shuttle transfer between Morlaix train station and the Roscoff Biological Station on the arrival and departure days. Dinner on Sunday evening (arrival day) is not included.
Travel to Morlaix, by train or by car, is not included and remains the responsibility of the participants. Only the shuttle from Morlaix to Roscoff is covered by the registration fee.
